Lu's entrepreneurial career has been shaped by the courage to start anew. After 14 years in bridal fashion, where she progressed from frontline service to entrepreneurship and established her own brand, flagship store, and branches, she entered education in 1997. Beginning again at AsiaWorks Taiwan, she advanced from Program Manager to Vice President and General Manager of Taiwan, and later became Northeast Asia Director overseeing Taipei, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen. In 2010, she led the Taiwan team in securing independent operating rights before guiding its transformation into Awesome Group in 2017. Under her leadership, the organization expanded beyond personal leadership education into corporate training, family relationships, youth education, and social impact.
