The expansion builds on a partnership that began in 2022 and will further extend the immersive panoramic format to moviegoers throughout the Americas.

Six of the new U.S. auditoriums are scheduled to open in 2026, expanding Cinemark's domestic SCREENX footprint to 30 in time for Avengers: Doomsday. The expansion will also introduce SCREENX's panoramic viewing experience to audiences in new states.
