The setup removes release liners and the manual peeling step, easing the burden of matching cups to labels and increasing order preparation speed during peak hours. Its granted patent, CN118386688B, tackles the structural pain points of liner-less media (adhesive carryover, uneven feeding, and cutter residue) to stabilize performance under high-frequency commercial use.
