Zettabyte and Bowrington Capital Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Explore High-Density GPU Computing in Taiwan

Cooperation to assess data centre capacity, cluster architecture and orchestration software for advanced AI workloads

TAIPEI CITY, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Zettabyte Co., Ltd. ("Zettabyte"), a global AI computing company, and Bowrington Capital Limited ("Bowrington Capital"), an independent investment management firm focused on infrastructure and related real assets across Asia, today announced that they have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore cooperation on the deployment of high-density GPU computing capacity in Taiwan.

The parties will jointly evaluate the technical and commercial requirements of high-density GPU clusters, including the identification and assessment of suitable data centre facilities, cluster architecture, power, cooling and density considerations, and total cost of ownership in Taiwan. The parties will also explore the potential role of Bowrington Capital as a data centre co-owner or co-developer and as a co-investor at the GPU asset level, together with possible capacity and co-investment structures, and evaluate Zettabyte's orchestration platform and its model-and-token service offering.

The cooperation is intended to combine Bowrington Capital's experience in capital formation, investment, development, financing and operation of data centre infrastructure assets in Asia with Zettabyte's zWARE software, cluster design capability and platform operations, in support of demand for energy-efficient, secure AI computing capacity.
